Loved that the powder room lead to seperate toilet and shower, each in their own compartment. Had small nook to hang clothes. Only stayed overnight as we were headed to Tokyo the next day. However we came back later in the week and stayed for 6 nights in a Premium Twin. That is in a seperate review. But like to clarify for others, the beds in the standard twin room are about 95cm wide. It has a better bathroom set up (everything seperate) Although they allow children to stay free (booking will be accepted) it will NOT be a comfortable to share this size bed. We only did this bc everything else was sold out and we only needed over night stay. We had 2 adults 2 primary school kids. The Premium Twin room has wider beds (120cm) and was quite comfortable for parent /child to share a bed. We did this when we returned from Tokyo. However the bathroom set up was not as good. The powder room was shared with toilet. And shower was connected to powder room.

The location was fantastic. Just on the other side of Dotunburi but far enough away that the noise doesn’t disturb you. This location in particular was super easy to find (you walk from the Big Crab straight through the mall opposite, and you’re basically at the hotel). We enjoyed the self-serve amenities (you help yourself to small face wash, combs etc in reception) AND COIN LAUNDRY on the 11th floor. It was 300yen to wash (took 40 mins) and 100yen to dry (30 mins). Tip is to go early in the morning vs late night before, as the machines were busy at night. It auto-dispenses detergent however my clothes came out clean (I guess) but no detergent smell. For a basic room, it was very good value and we were in easy walking distance/connection to what we wanted to see, with lots of choices for food around. We were only there for 1 night. Rooms are small, which is the Japanese standard. But we are short people and packed light so it didn’t bother us.

I really enjoyed this hotel, I upgraded us at the last minute to a twin room and was so happy I did with 2 adults and a 3 month old, it gave us so much room to be able to walk and sit and him still be able to sleep the hotel itself is nice and close to the food and action. You are surrounded by shopping streets also. Family Mart underneath. All and all really great. The welcome drink each day was also a nice touch. Also the ability to have a baby bath for the stay due to having a walk in shower not a tub was great also. I would definitely stay here again. They were also kind enough to let us in early due to having a 3 month old to get him settled. First and only hotel to allow this, this was a great help

The location was very central to dotorbori and transportation. It is very conveniently beside a family mart and the metro subway namba station. The front desk was courteous and very professional. They have been very helpful for any questions. The room was very spacious and well accommodated my family of four. The toilet and the shower were divided in separate areas. I would highly recommend and book this hotel in my future visits. Entertainment and main tourist attractions were steps away.

Very centrally located, Dotonbori is around the corner, Namba is across the street and just right outside infront of the hotel there’s an entrance to namba walk that connect to the metro where there are PLENTY of shops and restaurants. There’s also a Family Mart literally in the same building for late night snacks as well. Couldn’t get more convenient than this. Perfect for people who’s out and about all day and don’t use much of hotel facilities. Would stay again next time
